Please start with this survey {PSAT Activity Pre-Survey}.
After you complete the pre-survey, close the survey tab and await further info/instructions from the counselors.
When we're ready as a group, the counselors will talk about your score reports, what the scores are for, the major college entrance exams ACT & SAT, how it all fits into the college planning process, etc.

Create an account with College Board (PSAT and SAT's publisher) to access your digital score report on the College Board website:
Access Khan Academy's SAT Practice course, and follow prompts to log in and link the account with College Board:
- PSAT Score Access
- If you have a personal email account, use that email to set up your College Board account. Your school system Google accounts will expire sometime after graduation, and you may need to access College Board after graduation.
- If you have a College Board account already, do not set up a new one. Instead, use the "forgot username/password" prompts to recover your existing account. Counselors do not control or have access to your College Board account info.
- You can use the same College Board account to register for the actual SAT in the future. In general, college-bound students should begin taking the SAT and/or ACT beginning part way through junior year (earlier, if interested in Dual Enrollment).
Access Khan Academy's SAT Practice course, and follow prompts to log in and link the account with College Board:
- You may already have a Khan Academy account--if so, use that account.
Once you have created your College Board and Khan Academy accounts and linked them, please take this {PSAT Activity Post-Survey}.
If you have extra time before the bell, please use the rest of class time constructively on the following:
- Take this opportunity to further explore your SAT study plan on Khan Academy, and/or explore more about ACT and SAT here.
- Will you be a junior or senior next school year? Interested in Dual Enrollment as well? Email our school counselor for Dual Enrollment, [email protected], to let her know you are interested in joining DE for next school year.
- If you notice a classmate who could use help setting up and linking their College Board and Khan Academy accounts, lend them a hand.
